Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy.  Information you provide us will be kept confidential.  Your information is kept for internal purposes only and will not be sold, traded or given away to anyone outside our company.  However, if necessary we will release information to law enforcement officials.

Information Gathering: We do not secretly collect profiles on anyone.  Any profiles we do have are made with the person knowingly volunteering the information.  But, we do use statistics software to monitor and evaluate website traffic.  The statistics information normally gathered consist of:

Visual Basic Scripts: Some of our products employ Visual Basic scripting.  But users are not required to understand them in order to use our templates effectively.  

Downloads: Our downloads are virus free and contain no hidden monitoring code that would invade your privacy.  An IP or an entire IP block will be shut out from further access if attempts to avoid our licensing process are made or if site hindering activity is detected.  

Credit Card Information: All charge card information is transmitted in a secure environment (SSL encryption).  

Please note that Hawaii Marine does not have or collect your charge card information when Paypal is used to make payments.  Paypal will take or already has this information from you, but they will never reveal it to Hawaii Marine.  This website is setup such that Paypal will collect your payment directly over their secure server and then inform Hawaii Marine of your purchase.  For this reason you may be asked twice for certain information (like your name, address, phone number and email address).  Once you are being asked by us for our purposes and once you may be asked by Paypal for their purposes.  But you will only be asked once by Paypal for credit card information.  Additionally if you are already a member of Paypal you will not even be asked once for credit card information, because they already have it.
